The laser swords are back! On 22. February 2024, the 21st Century Orchestra plays the soundtrack of Star Wars – The Force Awakens live. We’ll send you there.
If you want to enjoy the entire Star Wars series, you’ll have to sit for over 18 hours. At the KKL Lucerne, however, the 132 minutes fly by as the members of the 21st Century Orchestra give it their all while the seventh installment of the saga flickers across the screen. With “The Force Awakens”, Disney is giving George Lucas a pat on the back and providing us with a spectacular blockbuster that will even win over those who haven’t seen any of its intergalactic predecessors. The plot: Young Rey (Daisy Ridley) fights on the side of good against Darth Vader nephew Kylo Ren (really good: Adam Driver), whereby the origins of the two still have one or two surprises in store for all Star Wars junkies. Old pattern, new weapons – also on the part of the film studio, which equips “The Force Awakens” with all the trimmings and the usual epochal soundtrack that makes you gasp audibly from time to time.
At the KKL, the history of the silver screen and the 21st Century Orchestra conducted by Ludwig Wicki vie for the attention of the guests who will be attending from 22. until 24. February 2024 will be able to enjoy the live soundtrack.
Win two tickets for the performance on Thursday, 22. February 2024 at 7.30 pm. We are giving away 2 x 2 tickets for the big spectacle that will take place at the KKL Luzern.
