On 1. The 21st Century Orchestra will accompany the film “Pirates of the Caribbean – The Curse of the Black Pearl” with a live version of the epic soundtrack on February 2024. We are giving away tickets.
Netflix isn’t what it used to be either. So: back to classics! Of course, the Pirates of the Caribbean series starring Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow is at the top of our list. In the prelude to the now five-part pirate saga “The Curse of the Black Pearl”, Sparrow – always tipsy drunk and a bit muddled in the head, albeit quite cunning – follows the trail of a curse that allows the dead to live. An epic like this cries out for the right soundtrack, which – once again – comes from the pen of Hans Zimmer and Klaus Badelt. If we can’t sail along directly, then we’ll get live background music from the 21st Century Orchestra, including the chorus, while the film “Pirates of the Caribbean – The Curse of the Black Pearl” flickers across the screen at the KKL in February 2024.
Set sail and embark on a dangerous adventure alongside Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley: because we’re taking you and your companion to the screening of “Pirates of the Caribbean – The Curse of the Black Pearl”, which takes place on 1 May. February 2024 at 7.30 pm at the KKL Lucerne.
