The company bought the Hotel Fox in Lucerne and developed 60 fully furnished rooms, some with kitchenettes, in the typical VISIONAPARTMENTS style. In addition to overnight accommodation, the building offers a sauna and an external restaurant. Following the opening of a new apartment building in Zug in 2017, VISIONAPARTMENTS is now intensifying its presence in central Switzerland with the purchase of the former Hotel Fox and the construction of 60 rooms in the heart of Lucerne. The accommodation at Neustadtstrasse 16 was opened under the VISIONAPARTMENTS brand and offers a modern interior design. Services such as utilities and charges for Wi-Fi, digital TV and weekly room cleaning are included in the rental price. Guests wishing to explore the surrounding area have direct access to numerous restaurants, stores, cinemas and Lucerne’s main train station.
Attractive location for business travelers and tourists
Lucerne is one of the most popular travel destinations in Switzerland. However, the canton of Lucerne also offers companies the lowest corporate tax rate in the whole of Switzerland. Furniture donations to the charitable organization Remar
As part of the realization of the planned project, VISIONAPARTMENTS refurnished the rooms in the building. The previous hotel facility was donated in its entirety to the Remar aid organization, which runs street kitchens, runs emergency shelters for children and women and helps drug addicts find ways out of addiction. The furniture donated by VISIONAPARTMENTS was sold in one of Remar’s second-hand stores to support charitable projects with the proceeds.
