Fashion designer Mira Mikati lets her creativity flow for the “Hublot Loves Football” campaign: In collaboration with 15 ambassadors, she has designed 15 individual footballs that stand for hope, respect and optimism.
Hublot sets an example – for hope, respect and optimism. As the official timepiece of the current FIFA World Cup, the watch brand is using its presence to spread good cheer. To this end, Hublot brought 15 ambassadors together to design their own individual soccer with the help of fashion designer Mira Mikati. Incidentally, Hublot has the Lebanese woman to thank for the colorful logo of its “Hublot Loves Football” campaign – itself an appeal to athletes and spectators to show respect for one another. Pelé, Xherdan Shaqiri, Jose Mourinho and Luis Figo then provided Mikati with the right inspiration to bring hope, respect and optimism to soccer through their personalities and individual passion for the sport. Whether drawn, painted or crocheted: Each of the 15 footballs is unique, supporting the “Hublot Loves Football” campaign with its individual style and showing that sport knows no boundaries.
