Shoes off, feet up! Fashion Week is over, now it’s time to celebrate – after the Miu Miu show, which marks the end of Paris Fashion Week. After Kaia Gerber and Gigi Hadid walked down a wooden runway designed by AMO, which was recycled after the event, the two models headed straight to the Lapérouse restaurant for the after-show party. The ornately wallpapered rooms of the restaurant cling nostalgically to the Baroque era, and the interiors behave like a labyrinth of ornamentation and splendor, the details of which are easy to get lost in. French classics on the plate, spirits in the glass and the VIPs of fashion week on the guest list. Alcohol in the blood turns even serious celebrities into chortling children, and so the oh-so-exclusive party soon felt like a nostalgia-fueled high school alumni reunion.
