F: So if I have a watch that I no longer wear, I can drop it off at Bucherer. How is the piece then checked?
OL: You can bring your watch to any of our branches. As we have our own watch workshop at each location, the watches can be checked directly on site. In our specially developed tool, we record all information such as reference number, serial number, condition, etc. and can give you a price within a few minutes. In the case of older or rarer pieces, it may take a little longer to check them so that we can make a fair and meaningful offer.

F: So Bucherer also guarantees the authenticity of all luxury watches, right?
OL: Exactly. All our watches are checked for function and authenticity by a certified watchmaker. Each individual watch also receives a service – access to original spare parts is particularly important here. OL: Of course! All these products are built to last. It’s nice to see that a watch is still luxurious, even if it has been worn before. That is why it is particularly important to us to present the watches in such beautiful surroundings.
