The popular Lobster Club is celebrating its second season at the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich. We look forward to fresh seafood, hot beats and wicked graffiti art.
The Lobster Club – a mix of
Lobster tails, caviar, champagne and a light sea breeze on the nose – the Lobster Club at the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich catapulted us into seventh lobster heaven last year. All the more reason for us to look forward to the coming summer months on the pop-up terrace, where Culinary Director Heiko Nieder, Rene Kilian and their team will spoil us with new seafood creations: Lobster spring rolls, crispy shrimp balls with chili or Gillardeau oyster are on the menu and are waiting to melt like butter on our tongues. Swiss street artist Boogie creates a visually appealing ambience in the Lobster Club with his underwater-style graffiti art. To round off the whole program, the Lobster Club lives up to its name and transforms into a full-blooded club every Friday from 10 pm with DJs and cool beats that really get us into the weekend mood.
