From 7. September until 28. The temporary “Grand Meatery” restaurant at Zurich’s luxury Dolder Grand hotel will open its doors on October 2023 and ask the question: “Darling, where is the beef?”. The culinary concept, which is under the creative direction of Heiko Nieder, clearly focuses on meat enjoyment: fatty, juicy and always perfectly prepared. This is where traditional meat culture meets innovative culinary art.
The menu offers an exquisite selection of steak and meat dishes that will not only delight meat lovers. Beef tea with a luxurious combination of caviar and crème fraîche, a carpaccio roll rounded off with tempting foie gras and aromatic black truffle, or classic cuts such as ribeye and entrecôte – the variety leaves nothing to be desired. And for the connoisseurs, the restaurant even offers Kagoshima, a meat from the Japanese island of the same name, which is known for its excellent quality.
