Designer Paul Smith has created a suite in London’s Brown’s Hotel that looks like his own home. You can also spend the night here.
Paul Smith likes color. He lives out this passion – in his collections, stores and now also in The Paul Smith Suite, located in Brown’s Hotel in London’s Mayfair district. Anyone entering Smith’s realm through the blue door ends up in the British designer’s living room, so to speak. There are the many pictures on the walls, selected pieces that tell the story of the man who laid the foundations for his label in a three square meter store in the 1970s. They are joined by comfortable sofas in deep blue, colorful cushions, playful lamps, Bauhaus chairs and lots of details that give the suite the charm that we love about Paul Smith as much as his clothes. What does it cost us to spend the night in Smith’s universe? Well, it starts at 5,500 – but the first bottle of champagne is on the house.
