After two decades away from the Milan Fashion Week calendar, Ralph Lauren returned to the European catwalks with his Fall 2026 menswear collection, which fused Polo Ralph Lauren and Purple Label. A few weeks later, the focus shifted back to the USA. On 10. February, the Ralph Lauren Womenswear Fall 2026 collection was presented in New York. A conscious homecoming, accompanied by a celebrity front row with Anne Hathaway, Ariana DeBose and Lana Del Rey.
The Ralph Lauren Womenswear Fall 2026 Collection
Built on tension – between discipline and romance, restraint and seduction – the Ralph Lauren Womenswear Fall 2026 collection moves with quiet confidence. It remains clearly anchored in the Ralph Lauren DNA: American aristocratic nonchalance, equestrian-inspired luxury tradition and a defined masculine-feminine tension characterize the overall look.
The color palette remains dark – espresso, deep black, rich chocolate brown – interspersed with accents in antique gold and silver.
Tailoring takes center stage. Blazers with prominent shoulders, tailored cuts and long, slim coats shape the silhouette precisely. These are complemented by flowing blouses, transparent layers and velvet that absorbs the light. Metallic details and chainmail elements bring a slight hint of armor into play, but never appear theatrical, but rather deliberately placed.
Equestrian references can be seen in leather accents and high riding boots. Classic jodhpurs are reinterpreted in different cuts and fabrics, clearly anchoring the collection in the heritage of the house.
Faux fur provides a seasonal counterpoint. It brings warmth, texture and a natural opulence without disturbing the authority of the collection.
