With its new Fall/Winter collection, Ferragamo is putting shoes in the spotlight and reinventing its tradition in collaboration with artists Willie Cole and Maximilian Davis.

In the new Fall/Winter collection, Ferragamo turns its attention specifically to the art of shoemaking. Known as the shoemaker to the stars, the fashion house draws on its expertise to reinterpret its own history in a contemporary way.

At the heart of the new campaign is a creative collaboration with artist Willie Cole. His sculpture made of shoes—the iconic Shoe Chair from 1994—serves as the campaign’s central element. At the same time, Maximilian Davis draws on influences from Surrealism and Dadaism to reinterpret classic silhouettes such as the stiletto, the Opanka, and the Varina. In this way, tradition and innovation merge into designs that can be seen both in *Bridgerton* and at a Sabrina Carpenter concert.

Shoes + Handbags = Recipe for Success
If shoes had a sister, it would definitely be a bag. Bags also play a leading role in Ferragamo’s new collection. The Cara Bag embodies the older, responsible sister: soft on the outside and, thanks to its iconic Gancini buckle, it keeps every secret stylishly and securely. The Messenger Bag is the loyal companion who’s always by your side. And finally, the Hug Bag: the sister who’s constantly reinventing herself and surprises us this season with an elegant East-West silhouette.
