Masculinity does not have to be a fixed concept, but can be interpreted in very different ways. This was also demonstrated by the catwalk shows in Milan for the coming season. Dolce & Gabbana makes it clear where it stands with its fall/winter 2026/27 menswear, creating a balance between coolness and glamor with a series of clearly defined identities. Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana present a character study: masculinity that is shaped by memories, anchored in the present and unconcerned with consensus.
Tailoring
Dolce & Gabbana’s tailoring remains central, disciplined but not stiff. Sharp shoulders, tailored waists and elongated lines emphasize the structure, while heavy fabrics – tweed, wool, flannel – put presence before elegance.

Outerwear
Outerwear defines the silhouette. Long wool coats, navy double-breasted coats and structured tweeds add volume and weight and deliberately frame the body.

Faux fur
Faux fur serves as a statement rather than an embellishment. Exaggerated size and dense texture blur the line between protection and performance, transforming outerwear from comfort to confidence.

Knit
Knitwear brings softness into play. Oversized ribbed sweaters, brushed cardigans and tactile surfaces soften the austerity of the collection and create a balance between intimacy and structure.

Denim
Distressed denim is unapologetic – torn, stonewashed, heavily worn. Enhanced by contrasts and combined with tailoring, faux fur and velvet, it underlines the House’s authority to transfer denim into the realm of luxury without compromises.

Sportswear
Sporting references appear as status rather than streetwear. College jackets, hoodies and basketball elements are refined through fabric and fit, creating an expression of masculinity.

In the fall/winter 2026/27 collection, Dolce & Gabbana celebrates individuality and a differentiated view of how masculinity presents itself in the here and now. Whichever look you choose: It will look stunningly good in any case.
