Find out why we want to go to London for Indian food and who won a Peta Vegan Food Award in our latest food news.
Darling
Sweet Treat
Japan can do more than just sushi, that’s for sure. The sweet mochi has long been a dessert hit here too – especially on hot days. We love digging through the Little Moons range, where we are particularly taken with the three varieties Belgian Chocolate, Passionfruit Mango and Yuzu Lemon. Peta also noticed the three vegan creations and immediately presented them with the Peta Vegan Food Award. After all, no animal suffering is necessary for a sweet refreshment.
Unfuck the World
Dizzy on Caffeine
We love our morning coffee. Some of us so much that we can hardly get out of bed without it. Unfortunately, the fact that the magical bean is often harvested under less magical circumstances leaves an even more bitter aftertaste than the strongest espresso. Fortunately, there are companies like Tropical Mountains that ensure that coffee is grown under fair conditions. Not only have the finest coffee beans been growing in a remote location in Peru since 2012, but the founding couple are also committed to the development of the region, for example for schools, jobs and passable roads. So we enjoy our morning wake-up drink without a guilty conscience – and walk to the coffee machine a few more times.

Chef Clever
No sooner had Chet Sharma completed his doctorate in physics than he realized that he felt more comfortable in the kitchen than in the lab. Fortunately! Because it is now impossible to imagine the London food scene without him. His restaurant Bibi serves Indian food in all its facets – and with a modern twist. Gone are the days when you only knew the curry from the takeaway around the corner.
