Hottie
Mom’s expression, dad’s coolness: Ireland Baldwin got the highest score in the gene roulette . It only becomes clear later how difficult it is to be a celebrity kid – rehab and family spats in the public eye. However, Baldwin fights his way through – and becomes a role model. She poses for PETA, campaigns for LGBTQ people at and has a contract that guarantees she will never be photographed wearing fur. The latest coup: the collaboration with C&A, , for whose Yessica winter collection the tattooed beauty slips into studded jeans and a cashmere jumper.

McCartney, Posen, Sanders, Katrantzou, McQueen: they all learned their trade at Central Saint Martins College in London, the talent factory of the fashion industry. Annie Collinge also went to school here. Then came Dazed, Vice, Luncheon and the brands Rottingdean Bazaar and Slam Jam Socialism, before a really big fish came along with Vagabond . Collinge photographed the shoes from the new “Atelier by Vagabond” line for the Swedish fashion label – and interpreted them in such a wonderfully surreal way that you would love to hang the shots on your wall. Vagabond, “Atelier by Vagabond”, from approx. 200.-
Hardwear
Need inspiration for your Christmas wish list ? How about this cuff reinterpreted by Lanvin, which literally hugs the ear? For 433.- certainly not a bargain, but if your loved one asks, at least he’ll get an answer.
Chameleon
If you’re going to buy new, then at least buy it in such a way, that you can enjoy it for a long time. That’s why the bags and rucksacks from Berlin label Faulhaber Products can be transformed in just a few simple steps: the business bag becomes a bucket bag or clutch. The belts, gloves and bags made from leather are also produced ethically and sustainably in Europe. The bags from Faulhaber Products are available for approx. 175.- to 870.- over www.faulhaber-products.com.
Never give up
To be honest, the GCDS outfit is of course not suitable for everyday use. Gloves up to the elbow with a crop top? Great on the catwalk, impractical on the way to work. We’ve long known that we shouldn’t take designers’ outfit suggestions too seriously. We still stock up on gloves that keep our fingers and forearms warm for the cold season. We arch our backs, stick out our chins and feel like a diva on her way to a Hollywood premiere. Whether it’s a coat or blazer, be sure to roll up your sleeves and opt for fine materials for your gloves.

Minimalists have a tough time this season: you can hardly avoid patterns. Why should you? After all, tartan is currently available in all colors and designs, on shoes, bags, pants, coats and everything else you need to ward off the cold. Birds of a feather flock together? What a stupid saying! If you combine, please only use patterns of different sizes, but keep them in the same color family. Vivienne Westwood, “Asymmetric tartan wool-twill skirt”, wool skirt, approx. 379.- (matchesfashion.com), Monse, top made of cotton and virgin wool, approx. 1’686.- (farfetch.com), Midnight 00, flannel mules, approx. 751.- (mytheresa.com)
