The collection, titled “Far Horizon,” draws inspiration from the rebellious, globetrotting women of the 1930s—including the explorer Freya Stark, whose words on the infinite wonder of the horizon serve as the starting point.
The strength of the collection lies in the way it conjures a sense of lightness from functional basics. The safari jacket becomes the central silhouette, crafted from structured linen and shiny gabardine, then draped, tied at the waist, or extended into oversized duster coats. Functionality is repeatedly softened: sheer organza gives practical overalls a fresh look, flowing A-line skirts add movement, while flowing knits meet cargo vests, aviator details, and precise cuts.
