It is one of the highlights of Berlin Fashion Week: the FACES Lunch at Restaurant Mani. It wasn’t just the designs next door on the catwalk that caused a stir, but especially the contents of our goodie bag.
Dark walls, black furniture and a stylish audience from head to toe: no, we’re not in the Dark Room, but in the Mani restaurant in the middle of Berlin. This is where industry experts from the fashion, beauty and lifestyle scene met to discuss upcoming trends, laugh about days gone by and finally take a break from the hustle and bustle of fashion. You might think that the fashion starlets of the fashion scene only eat hummus and raw vegetables, but we were quickly disabused of this misconception. From stuffed calamari to baked cauliflower and beef cheeks, there was plenty to keep hunger at bay. Good friends and delicious food will probably never go out of fashion!
Highlights: The eye-catcher in the bulging goodie bag was a hot topic of conversation: the vibrator from Satisfyer.
Conclusion: We are already looking forward to the next FACES Fashion Week Lunch at Mani.
