For the fall/winter 2026/27 season, Nicolas Ghesquière draws inspiration from landscapes – mountains, forests and wide open plains. This influence is reflected in the collection’s strong, protective silhouettes. Shoulders widen and shapes expand outwards, creating forms that appear firm and deliberate.
Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2026/27 Collection
Outerwear characterizes the collection. Coats sit broadly on the shoulders and extend away from the body, creating sculptural silhouettes. Texture plays a central role here. Shaggy surfaces, dense fabrics and precisely cut leather lend the looks weight and a strong physical presence. Leather jackets in particular stand out, their precise construction underlining Louis Vuitton’s long tradition of leather processing. Details are deliberately striking and tactile: buttons are reminiscent of small stones, while leather flowers emerge from the surface of coats and jackets. The garments appear constructed rather than decorated, with materials used to build strong shapes.

The best news in 2026 for all of us who loved and lost the original Noé bag:
The Noé returns in its original 1932 proportions and colors. Many of us have asked for it, some have even prayed for it – and the Louis Vuitton design team has listened.

Tailoring, leatherworking and material experimentation characterize a collection built on structure and durability. For Fall/Winter 2026/27, Nicolas Ghesquière reinterprets traditional craftsmanship through contemporary design, using strong silhouettes and tactile materials to emphasize Louis Vuitton’s enduring expertise in the construction of clothing.
