People have been wearing glasses since the 18th century. And yet it is possible to creatively reinvent visual aids time and time again. Neubau proves this with the motto “I am Human / I am Nature”, which accompanies the current models whose frames are 3D-printed.
3D-printed spectacle frames are not only innovative and modern, they are also completely sustainable. Using the digital light processing method, the frames are produced with virtually no waste and a low CO2 footprint. The futuristic aesthetics of the frames are thanks to the Lucid PX material. This gives each pair of glasses depth and a matt surface. Incidentally, the Austrian label is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. We are excited to see what models will emerge from the designers’ creativity over the next decade.
