The new Louis Vuitton menswear collection was presented in the shadow of the Fondation Louis Vuitton – and came with its own place to stay. The catwalk show took place around Pharrell Williams’ “Drophaus”, an elegant prefabricated house created in collaboration with the architecture firm Not A Hotel. A place many dream of waking up in, a space far removed from routine and conformity. The backdrop functioned as both a stage and a symbol. It whispered the language of everyday life, but characterized by poetic intellectuality. The result was a modern nomadism, expressed through gentleness instead of strength, emotional competence instead of raw masculinity and quiet authority instead of noise.
The Louis Vuitton men’s fall/winter 2026/27 collection
The collection falls into a timeless category, offering a thoughtful modern twist that shifts fluidly between past, present and future. There is a remarkable restraint – a deliberate calm that focuses on shape and cut rather than flashy effects. Tailored outerwear forms the foundation of the wardrobe: shiny trench coats and crocodile-embossed leather bomber jackets that are utilitarian but wonderfully indulgent. A sense of subtle luxury and class runs through the collection, evident for example in sporty rain jackets reinterpreted and printed with landscapes that appear blurred, as if viewed through a rain-soaked window – a subtle nod to Monet.

Details:
Details such as soft ruffles, drawstrings and bow-like ribbons are deliberately integrated into the cuts and act as functional accents – subtle gestures that soften the silhouette and convey a lived-in yet deliberately styled impression. And of course, a touch of shine is a must. Just enough to suggest that you’re still going somewhere afterwards.

Creative Director Pharrell Williams’ dandy of the future moves with ease and refined confidence, is smartly dressed and yet carefree. He emphasizes adaptability and quiet authority by saying more with less.
